From Fingerprint Flowers to Zoo Adventures: A Fun-Filled Week in Kindergarten!
Hello families! We had a wonderful week full of learning, creativity, and excitement! On Monday, we began our day with partner reading at the carpet. The kids are getting more confident and engaged during independent and partner reading time. We also focused on the letter Xx. We practiced identifying words that begin or end with X, and explored how this letter is a bit tricky since it's not as common! On Tuesday, we made a special craft for the mothers/parent in our lives. Each child created a flower using their fingerprints on a coaster—something meaningful and handmade for the moms in our lives! In gym, we had an exciting scooter day. The kids learned how to ride safely, navigate space, and had so much fun zooming around the gym!
