Kindness Matters

Hello Families! We only had one day of kindergarten this week, but we made it a fun-filled day! We started the morning by coloring a kindness page. During our carpet meeting, we sang our hello song, reviewed our classroom rules, and learned a kindness song! We also had a thoughtful discussion about what it means to be kind and how we can show kindness in the classroom. Next, we read a story called I Wonder. Afterward, we talked about what we remembered from the story and drew pictures to reflect our thoughts. Later, the children had a blast in music class with Ms. Mandin, singing and dancing together. Afterward, we enjoyed snack time and explored our centers. The water table and sand table have been big hits! We are practicing taking turns, and everyone is doing a great job being patient. We ended our day in the gym, where we learned a new game called “Germ Tag.” We’re looking forward to having a full week of learning and fun next week. See you all then!
Important Dates: November.28- no kinder classes (learning conferences) November.29- no school (learning conferences) December.6- No kinder classes Have a lovely weekend! Best, Ms.Infante
